Inputs: Spreadsheet rosters, class schedules, family details, and staff attendance updates.

Family portal: Location-specific QR access, one annual registration per student, and returning check-in with birthday verification and contact confirmation.

Teacher portal: Assigned classes, roster editing, daily attendance, and session completion that records absences for expected students who remain unmarked.

Admin portal: Roster import with validation and review before publication; class and schedule management; queues for missing registration forms, unfinished attendance, registration data entry, and absence follow-ups.

Application: React and TypeScript interfaces backed by a Python/FastAPI API and PostgreSQL, with protected staff access, duplicate-safe submissions, and preservation of original signed registration PDFs.

Three connected portals sharing student, registration, class, and attendance records.

Two consecutive finalized absences in the same class create a follow-up for staff to review and resolve.

One annual registration form covers a student's classes for the school year, avoiding repeat registration for each class.
